Table of Contents The Claims Lead Specialist CX Operations position is responsible for providing process knowledge to individuals within and outside the team. The position will serve the Claims team as a consultant and an escalation point between the customer and a manager. This position will also perform research and support initiatives for continuous improvement along with facilitations daily workflow organization training and mentorship for claims examiners.
Efficiently and simultaneously access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers. This position typically works around 25-29 hours/week. We offer a flexible schedule.
